EDS, an HP Company
Over ten years, I was involved in all facets of the technical development and sales of the EclaimTM Warranty Claims processing product.
2004-2009 - Business Development - Technical Sales- Was a key member of the effort to grow the EclaimTM
business through research, direct sales and extensive presentation of the product to potential clients. Worked on
value propositions, RFIs and RFPs. Traveled to clients to participate in workshops to better understand workflows
and tailor the application to the client needs and to improve potential ROI. Maintained the EclaimTM demo software
and tailored it to each potential clients' needs. Developed location based functionality that was built in to the
application as a value add.
1999-2004 - Project and Technical Lead - Led a team of four through full SDLC on releases that started as weekly
and eventually evolved into quarterly as the project achieved steady state. Starting with 300 users in 8 countries,
rolled out the product to 2,000 users in 40 countries, greatly increasing the transaction revenue of the project and
bringing consistency of workflow and significant economies of scale to the client. Interacted daily with the client in
Latin America and Asia Pacific to document and prioritize new requirements and business rules. Suggested many
reporting improvements that were implemented as a Pay for Performance system that allowed the client to reward
excellence in their channel with revenue saved by business rule improvements in other areas. Implemented
localization of surveys within the application to facilitate improved feedback from the channel in countries where
English skills were minimal. Eventually, led the initiative to off-shore the technical aspects of the project.

US Sales Manager
mda LLC, TruFliteTM
I have always had a passion for maps, Geography and GIS. I spent parts of six years as a Sales Manager for
TruFliteTM, a 3D Terrain Visualization software, first in Europe and then here in the United States. In that position, I
took the software from complete unknown to a critically acclaimed niche product, through a comprehensive plan to
build brand recognition. Starting with an email campaign to potential users, I built a list of thousands of contacts
across a broad range of industries, vying for their business and keeping them informed of the rapid development of
the product. I took TruFlite on the road to trade shows, and used that opportunity not only for sales, but to build
relationships with companies offering complimentary products. These contacts developed into VAR relationships
with firms like Intermap and EOSAT SpaceImaging. Additionally, I was very active in getting TruFlite reviewed by
industry publications such as GIS World, the AAG Newsletter and Siemens Synergie Magazine to name a few,
along with countless online reviews. I also created ads for TruFliteTM that appeared in magazines and the
Rockware catalog.
May 1998 - January 1999
Programmer - Business Analyst
Aegis Communications - Telemarketing
Working in a fast-paced call center environment with over 600 seats, I was involved in working out call scripts with customers,
doing data loads and assisting QA in developing test beds. My most important project was the complete re-write of the callcenter's
metrics application, taking it from a paper reporting system to a real-time campaign analysis tool. This increased revenue
by saving considerable time for floor managers in analyzing the effectiveness of a script and being able to move quickly to
increase conversion rates.
